Price:

The room is £700 per calendar month. All utilities are at fixed rate of an additional £50 a month. The room is available from 22nd April and needs to be rented for a minimum of 4 months (until 31st August 2019). The security deposit is £1,310.

Location: 

The postcode of the flat is E1 4QT. The flat is a 2 minute walk to Stepney Green station, 5 minute walk to the Mile End campus and a 15 minute walk to the Whitechapel campus.

The room:

The room is spacious and homely. It is furnished with a double bed, armchair, wardrobe and in built shelving. The room has a wall of mainly large windows and a door to a balcony with lots of light coming in during the day.

The flat: 

The flat has a kitchen, toilet and bathroom with a bath/shower that are shared and kept well clean. The two current tenants are friendly, female students. One is a 3rd year medic at Barts and the other a 2nd year Global Health student at QMUL. The landlord wants female tenants only (sorry).
