I’m a 2nd year medical student looking to find someone to take over my tenancy agreement from ideally 1st July - 31st August, but June can be negotiated to be included too. It’s a large double-bedroom in Mile End, on Bancroft Road. The rent is £700 pcm (with bills included) and as it’s only for over the summer, no move-in deposit will be needed.
Currently there are 2 other female medical students living there, one in 3rd year and the other in 2nd year. The room is part of a 3 bedroom flat with a shared kitchen and bathroom. It is a 5 minute walk from the Mile End campus and a 20 minute walk from Whitechapel. Both Stepney Green station and Mile End station are about 10 mins walk away, so trains into Central London are easily accessible.
