We are two current 4th year students living in a three story flat of 4 double bedrooms in Whitechapel, 2 mins walk from Royal London and less than 5 minute walk to Garrod. In August, two of our housemates will be moving out, and the two of us remaining have discussed with our landlord about having a 7 month contract due to the shorter 5th year. There will be two decent sized double bedrooms of exactly the same size and layout (pictures attached below) available from end of August 2019- End of March 2020 priced at £600 a month. This contract will be useful to save money if you are a 4th year going into 5th year looking for a shorter contract due to elective. However, there may also be the possibility of the new tenants staying longer than 7 months and if needed this can be discussed with the Landlord. All bills are currently ~£35 a month including internet. The flat has a private landlord who is very reasonable and there will be no agency fees, just £100 to draw up the contract and inventory etc.
The flat has one large bathroom with bath/shower, 4 double bedrooms, one upstairs bathroom with large shower and a large kitchen/diner/lounge upstairs. Both available rooms are spacious, and have built in storage space/wardrobes, double beds.
