- 15 minutes walk from King George Hospital, and 25min (15min bus + 10min walk) to Queens Hospital Romford. These are the hospitals in the BHR infirm placements.
- There is a Tesco Extra and TheGym branch within 5 minutes walking distance.
- Wide variety of restaurants / Fast food places and shops within walking distance, including a Nando’s at 2 minutes walk away
