We are three medical students planning to move out of our current flat in June and looking for 3 students who would be interested in the flat.
It is a 3 bedroom flat in Stepney Green. All three rooms are double bedrooms with a wardrobe and some furniture. One room also has a balcony, and there is a lift in the building. Good location in relation to campus: 5 minute walk from Stepney Green station and from Mile End Campus, 10 minute walk from Mile End station, 15-20 minute walk from Whitechapel campus.
Is is also a 5 minute walk from the coop, which is convenient for when you need to top up the bills (gas and electricity). The bills in the flat are a “pay as you go” system which is good if you are worried about spending too much on them.
The price would be around £2383.33 per month. Move in ideally from mid June for a 12 month contract, but there is some flexibility on the move in date if this would be a problem.
