We’re a group of 4 guys doing medicine who are heading into final year and looking to fill a room in our house for next year.
As we’re in final year, we’ve managed to get a reduced term contract at 10 months.
The room costs £640pcm and bills are around £50-80 a month.
The room comes furnished with a desk, double bed,
shelves, and a cupboard (See pictures below)
Our house has a large basement that doubles as a dining and living room, 3 floors and 2 bathrooms.
The House is attached to Bow Quarter, which is an estate that allows access to £10 per month leisure centre (gym, jacuzzi, pool, sauna, steam room, personal trainer). This is definitely the best part of the house!!
We’re close to tube (Bow Road ≈ 10 minutes) and DLR (Bow Church ≈8 minutes) stations so transport links are good.
We have lived in this house for 2 years already so everything is fully furnished and working well. Landlord is responsive and is happy to help with repairs and issues.
