Hey, we are 4 QM/barts students renting a 4 double bed house including 3 toilets + 2 showers and a spacious open plan living room + kitchen. We are looking for a group of 4 to take the tenancy from July for a 12 month contract (landlord has agreed).
The house is a 10 min walk from both Whitechapel Station and Aldgate East station, 5 mins from BLSA and has a tesco 2 mins down the road.
We paid £920 this year each but landlord will confirm rent.
