We are 2 third year medical students looking for someone to move into our flat in Old Street (from mid-July/early August for 1 year). The flat is just 3 mins to Old Street station and a 10 min walk to Shoreditch/Liverpool Street as well as a 15 min walk to Barts/30 min walk to Whitechapel. The room itself has has bed, desk, built in cupboard/wardrobe and big windows.
Rent is £596 a month which includes bills for heating and hot water. This year our extra bills for electrics/wifi/water etc has come to £18 each a month. One of us is intercalating at Imperial and one is going into fourth year next year, we are happy for someone from any year to live with us.
