I have a large double bedroom available to rent in my house. It is a house of 5, with a separate living room and kitchen, and 5 bathrooms (the landlady got carried away there!) It also has a roof terrace.
The price is £120 per week, which includes all bills and a TV licence. Really good value! We have a very nice landlord.
The house is a 2 minute walk from Stepney green park, 5 minute walk from Limehouse station, and 10 minute walk from Stepney Green station. It is a great location.
It is a student only house (so no council tax to pay). The contract runs for 1 year from August the 1st.
