We are two second year medical student looking for another female roommate. The place is in Aldgate East which is a 10 minute walk to the Whitechapel campus or The Royal London Hospital or 25 mins walk or 3 stops to Mile End.
The room is large and the place is a private building which comes with underground parking, a 24 hour concierge, an outside patio area that can only be used by the residents. It is a very safe area and there is security 24 hours. It is located a short walk from local amenities. The landlord is providing completely new furniture. There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the flat as well.
The rent is 200 pw and is negotiable. This includes the water bills.
