***contract takeover*** Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my contract at Scape Mile End in London, it’s a full 51 weeks for the academic year 2018/19 (Start Date 15 Sep 2018, and End Date 07 Sep 2019). It is a Medium Quieter Studio with a fitted kitchenette, breakfast bar, study area and storage (they are long gone from Scape’s booking page). The rent is £310pw, but price is negotiable.
