The university is closed from Monday 24th December 2018 to Tuesday January 1st 2019 inclusive. E-Learning related tickets raised through the Helpdesk system will not be dealt with during this period.
IT Services does provide 24/7 phone support over the holidays for urgent issues. If you call the IT Service Desk on 020 7882 8888, you will be put through to an operator who can offer general advice and help with requests such as password resets, login issues and wi-fi connection issues. If there is a major unexpected outage to any of our e-learning applications, the IT Service Desk will be able to escalate the issue to the relevant on call manager. You can also check the ITS status page for information on outages.
