We’re looking for a fourth female flatmate for our lovely house in Shadwell, to replace someone who has recently graduated and is moving back home. This is an amazing house with great connectivity (with DLR and Overground 2 mins away), and is located 2 minutes from the Tesco’s on Commercial Road, on Hainton Close (which is a private road).
The house is a three floor terraced house with a large living room, big kitchen, garden, and two bathrooms (pictures on request). You would be sharing with three other female flatmates (two intercalating medical students and one 2nd year medical student). We are very nice and welcoming, and only ask that you keep the surroundings clean. The landlord is lovely, and the neighbours are mostly families and working professionals.

<5 minutes from the Garrod, Perrin lecture theatre and Whitechapel Library
<8 minutes from the Royal London Hospital.
<3 minutes from Shadwell station (DLR and Overground)
<9 minutes from Whitechapel Tube station (Hammersmith, District and Overground)
<3 minutes (depending on your self control) from the 24hrs McDonald's on Commercial Road
The room is on the second floor and very spacious with a memory-foam mattress, 2 huge cupboards, bedside table, chest drawers, and desk, and rent is 689 pounds per month plus bills(which are ≈ 10 pounds a month). The tenancy starts on 6th August 2019, and is a 12 month contract.
