I’m looking for a female flatmate for the coming academic year to stay with me in a 2 bedroom flat in Aldgate East (zone 1). The flat is a 5-7 minute walk from the Whitechapel campus, a 5 minute walk from Aldgate East station and is also relatively close to Aldgate and Whitechapel stations. There is also a bus stop on the main road just outside the flat (2 minute walk). The flat is about a 2 minute walk from Tesco so food shopping is not a problem!
The flat has been recently repainted and contains 2 big bedrooms, a bathroom (recently renovated), a kitchen and a storeroom, all of which are fully equipped. The kitchen has a hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The bedroom to rent has a double bed, desk with chair, wardrobe, shelf and bedside table.
The rent is £700 per month (plus bills) and has a flexible starting date from the end of August onwards.
