We’re looking for a two female flatmates for our lovely house in Shadwell, to replace people who are moving home or graduating. This is an amazing house with great connectivity, and is located 2 minutes from the Tesco’s on Commercial Road.
The house is a three floor terraced house with a large living room, kitchen, backyard, and 2 bathrooms and 4 double rooms. You will be sharing with two other female flatmates (fourth year medical students). We are very nice and welcoming, and only ask that you keep the surroundings clean. The landlord is lovely, and the neighbours are mostly families and working professionals. The tenancy starts at the beginning of August, and is a 12 month contract.

The first room is on the third floor, and rent is £635 per month plus bills (which are ≈ 10 pounds a month). A wardrobe, double bed, desk, chair and storage space come included
The second room is on the second floor, and the rent is £685 per month plus bills. Two large wardrobes, double bed, desk, chair and other storage space come included
