One of our flatmates is moving to Singapore next year and we are looking for a 4th flatmate, we really like the house we rent at the moment! We are 3 girls doing medicine/dentistry, going into 3rd year next year.
It is a nice two story semi-detached house with a living room, big kitchen and garden in a gated square, so it is very safe. It is 15min walk from both Mile End and Whitechapel Campus with good bus routes to both, and a couple of minutes from Limehouse DLR station, and 10 minutes from Stepney Green station.
The room available is a double room on the ground floor. The rent is £640pcm, and bills are usually around £35 per month. The contract would be from August 2022-August 2023. It is shared bathroom facilities but we've had no problem with that this year.
The house is newly painted and fully furnished and the landlord has been very responsive if we need anything doing. It is a great place and we wouldn't want to lose it.
