me and my flatmate are looking for a new roommate from the beginning of August. We are two male medics entering final year, looking preferably for either a student also entering final year or intercalating next year.
The flat is in a modern apartment building (Ivy Point, Bromley by bow). It has lobby security plus gym access. Only two minute walk from Bromley by bow station and Devon’s road DLR station. 5 minute walk to Tesco Extra. Rent is currently around 170 per week excluding bills.
