The house is located in the beautiful Bow conservation area on a quiet residential street. The house is 3min away from Bow Church DLR station, 6min away from Bow Road Underground station and 20min walk away from main Mile End QMUL campus. The house has four bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a big living room and a garden with plants and area for bike storage for example. This is a private landlord and we deal with him directly, never had any issues and he is very responsive.
We are a final year Medical student, Physics Master student and Law Masters student and we are looking for one person to move into the smallest room in the house. The rent for this room is £650, bills not included. Bills come down to £30-60 per month per person depending on the season. That includes WiFi, electricity, gas and water. There is NO deposit required. The room is on the second floor and is the smallest one which is reflected in the price. It fits a single bed, a desk, a night table, a wardrobe and some shelves. The move in date is 8th of September and the contract is for 12 months, all of us will be leaving this house next year so if you move in you could take over the property and find other tenants. It is possible to move in earlier if you need to.
