Dear Students,
This is to let you know that we are now accepting Module Change Requests for Semester B modules.
Should you wish to make a change, you will need to complete our online Module Change Request form, instead of using MySIS. The Programme Admin Team will then consider your request and make any changes to your MySIS record where possible. We will then contact you directly with the outcome of your request.
Complete the Module Change Request form here: https://forms.office.com/e/484hKFm0Y8
Please ensure that, before making any change requests, you check that the change will not create any clashes. Timetable information can be found on the timetable website and you can check your own timetable via QM+, the QMUL Mobile App and https://timetables.qmul.ac.uk. Should you discover that you have any unresolvable clashes with your current modules, you will also need to submit a module change request.
You will need to consult the following information before submitting a module change request:
- The SLLF Module Availability List, which details the modules offered to students in Semester B and whether spaces are currently available.
- The QMUL Module Directory, should you need to see a module description.
- Your Programme Regulations to ensure any requests meet these requirements (these are available on the SLLF Module Registration QMPlus page).
- Submit your change request via our online form.
You will have until 4pm on Friday 2nd February 2024 to submit a module change request. However, we encourage you to submit your change requests as soon as you can to ensure that your Timetable, and access to QMPlus module areas, can be updated as soon as possible. Please be aware that it may take 24-48 working hours for these systems to update your record following an approved module change.
Due to the Christmas break, requests submitted from Friday 15 December may not be processed until Monday 8 January.
Any questions regarding SLLF modules and module registration, can be sent to the SLLF Programme Admin Team (Email: sllf-module-reg@qmul.ac.uk).
Best wishes,
The SLLF Programme Admin Team
