I have a room to let in SCAPE East Mile End, which is based on the 5th. It is a feature studio which is facing Canary Wharf and not Mile End Road, this is ideal when you are trying to get a good nights sleep as the main road is very noisy! Also the room is based on the fifth floor so there is no smell of smoke from people smoking downstairs at night which would be found in the rooms based lower in the building. The room is priced £235 a week and comes fully furnished with all bills inclusive. (prices negotiable) :)
Additional features include: Free 24/7 gym access, cafe and restaurant in the lower floor. There is also a common area based on the 1st floor and grocery store just nearby by 1 minute away! There is also Mile End Underground station which is 5 minutes walk and well connected to all the major lines!
The room is available from 16th April until 14th August but can be extended until the end of August or September depending on your requirements.
