About Our Flat:
We are looking for a third flatmate to share out lovely three-bedroom flat in Stepney Green. The flat is on White Horse Lane, and a 3min walk from Stepney Green tube station and the shops (and Spoons!). It is a 5minute walk to the QM Mile End campus and 15minute walk to the BL Whitechapel Campus.
Our flat has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lovely big kitchen (two fridges, one freezer, loads of cupboards, washer-dryer and dishwasher). It is a very secure flat as we have an automatic outer gate with a code, an outer door and an inner door. There is an enclosed courtyard (with a parking space!) which we are currently using to grow our own vegetables and we are hoping to get some garden furniture for the summer.
The bedroom we are advertising is a double room, with a wardrobe, desk, chair, light and bookcase. It is a very cosy room, with a lovely carpet installed last August.
Prices:
£690pcm, bills not included (approximately £30/month averaged out, as most bills are quarterly)
The room is available to let from 21st July 2019, so ideal for summer storage!
About Us:
You would be sharing the flat with two females (one fourth-year medic and one recently graduated global health student, who will be starting a post-graduate degree next year). We would like a new flatmate who is friendly, keen to hang out and tidy!
