Hello! I’m Gwen, a second year medical students currently looking for a flatmate for the next academic year (contract starts around Aug to start of Sept).
The flat is located next to Bromley-by-bow station (District and Hammersmith line), literally one minute walk away. Devons road DLR station is about 7 mins away. There’s a Sainsbury’s Local right next to the building hence it’s very convenient to do groceries shopping.
The flat comes with 2 bedrooms (one en-suite) and 2 bathroom, with a private balcony. It has a 24-hours concierge (security!) and a gym. The weekly rent is about £400 excluding bills.
